Worst Bank Ever

Customer service is appalling and you will never get answers to any questions you ask and they will never put you through to a manager who can answer your questions. I’ve had my business cards blocked 4 times in 2 months. This is without no apparent reason. It takes me over an hour to get them unblocked and I have to answer the same stupid question to more than 2 people before getting transferred to the right person. Today was so frustrating when a few transactions were blocked and had to be put on hold for over an 1hour 45 minutes, just to be told that I will be issued with a brand new card! My current card is not due to expire. I asked why and all I got told is ‘I don’t Know’ . I asked to speak to the manager and got told they were not available, I requested a call back and explained this keeps happening and I had even made a formal complaint which didn’t ever get resolved. I was told TSB managers don’t ring the customer back and I would have to try to call them again. TSB needs to be shut down! Reviewed on: 26th June 2023
