Horrible service and not transparent about fees

Horrible service. Tools weeks to get approved. Then my credit card transfer to a friend's bank was refused. Customer service terrible...takes many emails for them to understand the issue. They said it was an issue with my credit card (Citibank) company yet my bank said they didn't reject it and it was the processing at Paysend. Paysend support didn't understand. I used another credit card and it worked (chase). However I notice later that for a 20$ transfer my credit card company charged me a 10$ fee as they said it is treated as a cash advance. Paysend is NOT transparent about this when you sign up or make the transfer and also charged a 2$ fee. Outrageous! Clearly a bad customer service. I'll close my account and look for an alternative.
