As with other reviews, I have opened a fixed rate bond with them and immediately receieved an email telling me how to pay money into the account and that I would receive my user ID in the post. I transefered the money, expecting to be able to check it was received once I had my log in details. 2 weeks later, I still don't have login credentials and they don't answer the phone, I'm not of course worried as to where my money is with no way of checking they have it.
