JH - and their cohorts, CBRE - have destroyed our pension and allowed someone to stay in our two industrial units RENT FREE for 7 years. Also RATE FREE on one of the units. Apparently everything is my fault. Zero help, guidance. Their "Formal Complaint" procedure is a joke. My IFA couldn't get them to sort anything and nor could my lawyer. The IFA said "Go loud" so this is the start of it.
