Thieves

I overpaid my debt by 130 pounds and it has been 3 months I am waitng for refund. They keep telling me its in process, and today I found out it is impossible to transfer back to overseas account. So, I was able to repay the debt every month from overseas account to SLC but they, out of a sudden, are not able to transfer the overpayment back to overseas account. Thieves!!!
