Fair price, but misleading sales/poor customer servivce

1
I insured my Son with DLG in July 2017 as a new driver. They weren't quite the best price, but at the time offered what appeared to be good incentives for him to drive well .. points accrue towards products or miles. Not needing additional miles, he was saving points (the maximum each month) towards products. Logging on after a few months, the option to spend points on products had 'disappeared' .. we had been given no notice. We are still trying to find out why .. would help if DLG actually responded to emails. This mis-selling, plus a slightly better price for a non-black box policy means he has now left. There is no incentive to stay any longer. Logging on was also an issue - we had to change passwords frequently. May be worth considering if rewards aren't a worthy incentive for you, but our experience wasn't that good to warrant staying with them any longer. UPDATE - Having had to raise an 'official' complaint 2 months later to try and get the answers required (to which they're not exactly responding quickly), I have revised this review to show how truely poor this company is. Honestly, for your own sanity, just go elsewhere. Reviewed on: 21st July 2018
