Dreadful customer service, dreadful performance. AVOID

I have 9 funds for pensions. This went in pre the Ukraine war along with others. It has performed the worst of all funds consistently for the two years I had it. I raised a complaint after my accountant advised this was such a bad performing fund we should get an explanation. Natwest wrote to me from their complaints division stating it was not their product and had passed the complaint on (after sending me someone else's complaint letter in a clear breach of GDPR) I never heard from whoever they sent the complaint to, but was surprised given Natwest sold me this thing and it sits on NatWest's app. I sold them monday and screen shot the values through thew day. When they sold on that day I received £800 less than expected. Now either I was unlucky and the fund dipped by £800 in the moment they sold and then immediately recovered.... or somehow £800 has gone missing. Overall an awful experience, only fund to take a loss (nope did not recover at all post covid) and the sale stinks to high heaven. Been with the bank since I was 17 so 35 years. It's made me move all monies out of the bank. Truly awful and suspicious. Reviewed on: 19th September 2023
