Clearpay do not have any protection for missing orders, Even when the merchant agrees there is no signed POD and has promised to refund but does not, Clearpay do not want to know, The payment was made in full and I have been left with no goods and no support for a refund. Clearpay really does need to look at their policy as this is a very easy loophole for merchants to take your money and avoid any form of redress. I would advise any customer to think hard before using clearpay before the Christmas rush of people trying to spread their Christmas purchases otherwise there may certainly be a few very unhappy customers at Christmas
