Leek Building Society was there for me when my dear mother passed away, by helping me as a Beneficiary to my mother's Will. I was initially unwilling to accept or take my Inheritance because I felt that spending the money when take away all the precious memories that I had of my mother. Their Customer Service staff provided me with a safe confidential space and time in which to decide on various ways of saving in which to keep my late mother's memory alive. I wouldn't have been able to have dealt with the early days of my mother's bereavement without the caring and compassionate Leek Building Society staff

I had recently lost my mother who had been caring for the past 10 years. I had opened a Savings account in order to receive my small inheritance from the sale of her house,which was being divided 5 ways between my siblings. I was very distressed during this time and staff showed me care and compassion by dealing with me sympathetically when I was very emotional, and took the time to listen and was a shoulder to cry on literally, providing me with a private room in which to sit. I couldn't have got through the difficult weeks of bereavement without the support from your wonderful and caring staff!! I cannot thank them enough!
