Beware: Issues arise when facing fraudulent activity

Don't be misled by their marketing claims suggesting they are a superior alternative to the American Express credit card. Despite paying an annual fee under the assumption that additional services such as purchase protection would provide value, you'll find little assistance when faced with fraudulent activity. Instead of resolving the issue satisfactorily, all they can offer is adherence to MasterCard rules and a request for payment towards the fraudulent charges in a manner that lacks urgency and empathy. Given their reluctance to provide assistance to customers during fraudulent activity, I am not convinced that their other services will offer timely support.
