When I was almost scamed chase staff were there to help after clearing a few security questions I was able to hand call to my wife who explained my disability and lack of tec knowledge. They were excellent explained things to us in a way I could understand, then made my account safe by talking my wife through sone steps. They were so friendly professional did not make me feel stupid or that I had dome something wrong. The whole episode could have been really bad for me but the staff at chase dealt with it all. It's so good to have a human voice due to my disability I'm not very tec savy and chase has helped me enormously since setting up my account and the app, enabling my wife to do some of the talking and explanation for me after a few simple secruity questions. Also love that my card does not show my bank details making me feel less vulnerable when I am out and about in case I mislay it. Thank you
