Dreadful bank! Think twice

Dreadful bank! I lost a house purchase because I had over £900,000 in a savings account and I asked them to close it and weeks LATER after about 15 emails and numerous phone calls, was told there had been a computer glitch - SERIOUSLY! Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Love getting cash back.

Love getting cash back. I always used to use my credit card to make purchases and pay it off in full at the end of the month. Now I use my Chase Current Account which gives me cash back - Brilliant!!!!! Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

The savings rate is absolutely fantastic.

Great Bank.

Great Bank. Easy to use, always helpful when I have called them. Can not find any fault with them I have recommended them to all my friends and at least 5 have now got accounts and rave about them!!! 10 out of 10 ! Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
