Can’t fault them

4
Never had to use breakdown services but I was with AA for a year and can’t fault it, good price as I passed with AA driving school so I had a discount, they offer decent benefits and discounts and are a very reputable and trusted company for a reason. Reviewed on: 6th March 2024

Affordable and easy to use

4
Went with GoSkippy as they offered a good price fully comprehensive and no black box, it’s not the cheapest given this is only my second year of driving however compared to my first year it was a great price. No claims made yet so I can’t review on that but they have been great so far Reviewed on: 6th March 2024

Would recommend for new drivers

4
For my first year of driving I had a black box with insurethebox, I like how each month there’s a breakdown of your driving through different areas, price stays the same throughout and no curfews but late night driving is given a sad face if done regularly, however when it was time for renewal the price had gone up significantly and it was already expensive for the first year to begin with. I shopped around and went with another insurer instead of renewing, however I can’t fault it was great for my first year. Reviewed on: 6th March 2024

Really good student account

5
When I opened the FlexStudent, I was gifted a box of goodies which instantly made me excited. Over the last few years nationwide have been excellent, the arranged overdraft is excellent for emergencies and unexpected costs one has to pay for as a student. I have also had brilliant service both instore and via telephone, cannot recommend enough and so glad I chose nationwide for my student account. Reviewed on: 6th March 2024
Review of the Metro Bank, Young Saver:

The young saver account is brilliant.

5
The young saver account is brilliant. No physical card and not able to transfer online means you really will save, if you ever need to withdraw you can instantly by going into the branch but that barrier of having to go in branch makes it that much more likely to save your money instead. The interest is decent, I haven’t compared much but I’m happy to stay metro bank for my savings. No regrets at all Reviewed on: 6th March 2024
