Review of the Jaja Finance, Credit Card:

Very easy and responsible credit card provider

So far nothing but a positive experience with a Jaja credit card. Main point is that it just works (as a credit card should!). But the setup makes it easy to use the card well, from direct debit payments, the ability to freeze the card, notifications about spending and balance management, and the application process. Haven’t looked back since switching

I switched to Starling over a year ago, and haven’t looked back. the functionality is excellent and easy to use, ”Spaces” are one of the best inventions/concepts for banking. I love the control and visibility it gives me. Customer service has been excellent on the rare occasion I have had any issues. Great that they get their own space, with a debit ca...

Great that they get their own space, with a debit card for withdrawing cash and making payments online, but all visible by me, and with good controls. They get their own app, so they can check the balance at any time. The only real drawback is the lack of functionally like direct debits, for example for paying a mobile phone bill. Also I have to manually pro-rate interest payments. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
