We had a bag and some possessions stolen whilst on holiday and whilst this was traumatic enough, this was nothing compared to trying to make a claim. We submitted the information asked for in terms of summarising what was stolen and received a reply asking for receipts. We didn't have many of these but did have receipts for the cash stolen, other items we had for years and are not in the habit of keeping receipts in the off chance that items might be stolen at a later date whils...
