Hopeless customer service

I wasted over an hour trying to make a transfer from my Revolut account to another one of my accounts and they refused it claiming it’s for my safety although I assured them that I have not been scammed and that I have done transfers to that account before. By just looking at my statements they can verify that the account I’m transferring to is genuine Reviewed on: 10th April 2024
