The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.

Where to begin... first of all they charged me £170 just to change my address when I moved house. Then I had a fraudulent insurance claim against me. I pay Octagon £600 to represent and protect me, I had to arrange an engineer to come out and confirm I hadn't been in an accident myself, even then they couldn't close the claim until the third party had responded - they give them an SLA of a year to respond and if it hasn't closed down on my account by the time my insurance ren...
