Can't be trusted for stock trading

Lost money, because of the issue buying stocks there $10k order got stuck for over 3 hours and got executed later at a higher price. Support couldn't do anything to cancell it. Ticket was raised and resolved within minutes saying that need to wait for update ofcthe app, chatted with support and was adviced that ticket information is incorrect. Lost trust.
