Disgusted my policy has doubled

Disgusted my pet insurance has doubled after being a loyal customer I have been a customer for 3 years and have struggled each year to keep the price down ...but this year its doubled and I have never claimed .I have the premier cover and feel that I am being totally ripped off .and the customer service team who told me it would be cheaper to go on line and buy it as a new policy should be ashamed why carnt you look after your customers who dearly love there pets but refuse to be ripped off . Excellent service from vanquis .

Vanquis have always been very helpful and have never let me down the customer service is excellent and everybody i have recommended to this credit card are very happy with the service they provide .The vanquis app is very easy to use and is full of valuable information. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
