Revolut used to be quite good

Revolut used to be quite good. I used to be quite happy with them but lately I feel they have gone worse. Customer service is not quite good as they were not able to sort an issue I had not they was communication between themselves. It is like someone new is attending to you and you need to start all over again and explain the facts. Referee reward used to be good before but now it does worth really as a few friends of mine did it and they obtained just £20. It may have been a coincidence. I am currently metal account and I don't really find benefit, just the 0,01% cashback. No intended to upgrade to Ultra. Comission for cryptocurrency is not too great neither Reviewed on: 10th May 2024
