High interest rates

Very High interest rate and rarely ups my credit limit despite the fact that I pay on time. App is a little awkward to navigate too. Customer service hasn't been great but I've not really had to contact them much. I think this is a credit card for people with bad credit like me. Other than that, they're ok but I would be cautious.
