Review of the Property Partner, Property Crowdfunding:

Easy tax-efficient investment into BTL property shares

Just love the ease of investing via PP, giving a mixture of capital growth over 5 years and dividend returns in the mean time. Definitely my fave P2P platform ! Reviewed on: 16th January 2018

Switch fee structures on you hammers small investors

After 4 years of custom, they have switched their fee structure which badly hurts smaller investors. They gave only 2 weeks notice which has hammered the resale market. With the new fee strucutre there is little point in investing unless you are ploughing in more than £25,000. Most small investors are withdrawing their investment incuring a loss and complaining to the FCA. They clearly can not be trusted any more. Reviewed on: 29th July 2019
