Sky protect is perfect.

Sky protect is perfect. Espeacially for my family my children have plenty of consoles and gadgets so this is a veru handy product to have.... Sky protect is perfect. Espeacially for my family my children have plenty of consoles and gadgets so this is a veru handy product to have. My sky equiptment is covered which is great. You can slso add mobile phones consoles televisions laptops ect. I have made a claim for repair and from begining to end was so easy. Very helpful and informative customer service agents. Clear regular comunication through out the claim. Plus there is no fixed contract so you can withdraw at anytime. The peace of mind sky protect provide is definately a product i recommend. Espeacially for full busy homes. Keep up the good work Sky Protect. Read more Read less

Worst insurance service ever I have done my phones insurance and I lost my phone its been 3 days but they are behaving like nothing... Worst insurance service ever I have done my phones insurance and I lost my phone its been 3 days but they are behaving like nothing had happened.. they are not even responding properly and sometimes 1 say 1 thing and another say another thing m paying for insurance but they seems that they are not concerned about customer problem .. Worst ever Worst service I have seen in London. If you couldn't Do the thing don't promise with customer.. and as m a student over here and m facing big problems because of you guys please do respond properly to your customers and try to give at least good service Read more Read less

This is a insurance signup review I want to provide after paying quite a bit for only my home contents and a single valued gadget... This is a insurance signup review I want to provide after paying quite a bit for only my home contents and a single valued gadget after which I decided to use a well known price comparison website to choose sky protect as I felt that the quoted cover was quite high and included the specific high value gadget , legal costs covered in the price . However I am not able to recommend it highly enough due to the monthly price still being high and most importantly an absolute difficulty in accessibility via the my sky app or the website. Although it says on the sign up asking customers to manage the policy best on the my sky app- Given that we are not a sky product household, it is extremely impossible to access my insurance policy documents to take some time to read all the small prints to make sure if I need to use my right to cancel the product as it did not seem accessible for me . I feel sky needs to improve on improving the accessibility of they are willing to advertise this heavily through third party broker sites . Two things that are positive is that someone Atleast gets back to me promptly as soon as I drop an email and although the price is on the higher end , they do offer monthly instalment payments at 0% interest. I am not sure if I am at the stage to know whether I would recommend this product to my family and friends but time will have to tell Read more Read less

    Upon renewal Sky Protect never sent the new paperwork and when I called to query the renewal and not receiving the documents, they didnt even...     I didn't know my lap top was covered until I spoke to sky when I was reviewing my package. I had dropped it a few... I had dropped it a few weeks earlier and smashed the screen, I thought it was unfixable but it was picked up by the courier and came back looking like a new laptop.. So pleased with the service..     I’ve read nothing but reviews from people very unhappy with Sky Protect (insurance) I’m not sure why I’ve read so many bad things- maybe? And... The service some customers expected and are moaning about- where trying it on- not being honest- oh telling lies??? Just MY OPINION- because my dealings with Sky Protect was- had free for 1st 3 months and around 2-3 months later. after couple Direct Debits of £9- my I pad screen hit my tea cup handle n cracked badly- I got online to Sky Protect- within 13 days it had been collected from my front door- repaired in few days and returned like brand new without any bother- Fantastic service- Fantastic repair and wort every penny per month- Thanks for the service I will continue to have this service Read more Read less

    One of the worst instance provider ever.. dont be fooled by their words.. get insurance of your gadget somewhere else .. They will make sure...
