Wanted £20 to amend or £30 to cancel!

I wanted to add legal cover and was told as well as the extra for the cover I would be charged an extra £20 admin... I wanted to add legal cover and was told as well as the extra for the cover I would be charged an extra £20 admin fee (this on a £22.19 gun cover fee already paid, cost to amend is almost the cost of the insurance !) I said I'd just cancel then and was told I'd be charged £30 cancellation fee if I did this. I will not be renewing with Ripe next year and neither will the two other people I recommended. Customer service told me it was all in the small print, not helpful at all. Go with Country Cover Club instead. Read more Read less

    Needed insurance for shooting.

    Needed insurance for shooting. Ripe made it so easy and gave me a great deal. I was fully covered within a few minutes for a full year, excellent service

    Quick easy insurance

    I wanted insurance so that I may go hunting on land where I have permission to shoot, although I am an excellent shot accident's do...
