Flexicover have been great for my holiday cover, they've never let me down.

Pay the premium, fight to get them to pay out

Had a flight cancelled due to the virus March 2020. Lost £250, tried to claim it on flexicover insurance, fought and fought and fought. They... Had a flight cancelled due to the virus March 2020. Lost £250, tried to claim it on flexicover insurance, fought and fought and fought. They pushed me onto a claims agent because they were not bothered They ended up giving me £46 back after a battle. They denied I had silver cover even though I did. Avoid them like the plague. Read more Read less

    Took out Holiday insurance with Flexicover travel insurance, and we are so glad we did it was the first time we'd ever had to use... Took out Holiday insurance with Flexicover travel insurance, and we are so glad we did it was the first time we'd ever had to use insurance when our daughter had a reaction halfway through. Bar excess which we agreed to everything was completely covered and so simple to use. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely use again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for simple to buy and super effective travel cover. Read more Read less

Luckily condition healed itself after a while, so we didn't needed help at this time and when came back home we were not bothered anymore to investigate why such thing has happened.
