Perfect app! I love it, I sold my apple iphone, which i've had for a couple of years as i was upgrading, for like £600 and it was worth it! Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

Outrageous

Sent in a phone on a regular cash out (policy states 1-7 days for review) worth under there app £225 it has nearly been a month since and no such payment has been received very frustrated do not think that there company regardless of their environmental achievements should get any such reward due to a lack of putting their customers first! Bad App which doesn't help the everyday seller

This app's premise was very enticing when I downloaded it 3 months ago. It was highly advertised and the look of the app and its options seemed easy to navigate. However, when I tried to use this app as someone who has previously purchased from fast fashion brands and hoped to make a change, I could not sell any of my existing clothes, the entire point of the app. The everyday shopper will purchase from most high street stores, however, none of the clothes from these shops are able to be resold on this app. Moreover, the only clothes that can be sold are from more high-end brands (which are not considered fast fashion) or vintage clothing, which creates an exclusive environment, meaning the only people able to thrive on this app are those with access to these clothes in the first place. This is unsustainable from a consumer point of view, as it limits the type of person who can use this app. Overall, poor experience. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
