This alone would be infuriating, but the lack of response and accountability from their team makes matters even worse. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone calls and WhatsApp, all I received were vague replies that didn't answer my questions at all. As a paying customer, it's maddening to experience such negligence. It's as if this company doesn't care about its clients or the commitments it makes. *If you're considering using Upay think twice.
