am utterly disgusted with the appalling service I received from Upay. I was supposed to receive a wallet top-up voucher card, and shockingly enough, it never arrived. This alone would be infuriating, but the lack of response and accountability from their team makes matters even worse. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone calls and WhatsApp, all I received were vague replies that didn't answer my questions at all. As a paying customer, it's maddening to experience such negligence. It's as if this company doesn't care about its clients or the commitments it makes. *If you're considering using Upay think twice. My experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone else* Reviewed on: 4th February 2025
