Totally useless

I am trying to understand I have one live account and agreement but they say that I have 2 live which one was cancelled but they say that delarship had been paid out which was cancelled 7days before I never went or collected car but they say that I have two active accounts. the customer service from this company is absolutely shameful. On hold for nearly an hour on multiple occasions, told they will call back, and surprise surprise they never do. Would not recommend anyone to use them. Reviewed on: 30th October 2023
