I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Wirex. After closing my account with a significant balance, they have failed to respond to any... I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Wirex. After closing my account with a significant balance, they have failed to respond to any of my emails. Despite the lack of a customer support phone number, I sent a legal notice in an attempt to claim my funds. This resulted in my account being unblocked, but Wirex disabled faster payments and Sepa payments, making it impossible for me to transfer my money through the app. When I tried to transfer funds using the Wirex Crypto wallet, the transfers remained pending for an extended period and ultimately never went through. Wirex initially claimed that the money had been sent, but later admitted that the transfer did not complete due to technical issues. Subsequently, they ceased responding to my emails and support requests for two weeks, leaving me in the dark about the status of my 31700 GBP. After more than two weeks of silence, they finally sent me a letter stating that they are working on resolving the issue. I urge others to investigate their actions as there are numerous similar verified reviews on Trustpilot detailing their illegal and fraudulent behavior. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     WirexApp.com is now a scam company

    Definitely the worst service. Wirex closes your account saying false reasons like outstanding balance, which is totally false in my case. I'm not the only... Definitely the worst service. I'm not the only one, in the Wirex community and other sites you'll find a lot of complaints about this scam company. I suggest to those who use this service to ASAP withdraw your crypto and close your account, then move to other better service.     Wirex Unblock Account

    Hello all After 3 weeks of waiting and many tickets and complains submitted , and chat messages over and over again with same copy paste... They answered faster in Telegram and you can get in touch with them , very fast and helpful , i cant believe that i got unblocked now i can use my account and i want to share with you guys Their Instagram is @WirexappTeam which is very fast and reliable or by e-mail [email protected] but they respond with delay by email even after days Hope this will help everyone who has the same issue Read more Read less
