Cross-selling unwanted account

Very useful to start with as place to consolidate information from. Multiple accounts. However after investing time setting up accounts, access and labelling transactions, Yolt forced me to have an unwanted bank account with them in order to conti ue to access the app. So frustrating - worst type of cross-selling. Very disappointed as the app itself was appealing but stubborn refusal to acknowledge I did not want a bank account put me off not just Yolt, but its parent ING Bank. Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Can't access my money

Deposited money in yolt account but now can't spend it, looks like my account is frozen randomly and no way to contact them over the weekend. Would not recommend using. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021

Terrible service, broken app

The prepay card service is terrible - blocked accounts, people not being able to get to their money. Yolt do nothing but accuse disgruntled customers of being fraudsters. Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Terrible company

They randomly block your account, taking money transferred onto the prepay card, and then treat you like a criminal. Worst financial company I’ve ever dealt with. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Ignores Android Users

All the updates are for IOS. Lots of accounts no longer supported. Used to be good, now only does half a job. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021
