My communication with customer service, when necessary is always positive and it genuinely feels non-transactional and understanding of people who may need a personal loan. They are a vile organisation that lies to their customers to trick them out of money. I had a temporary agreement in place to replay my loan when I was going through financial difficulty. What they didn't tell me was that they expected the full amount at the end of the agreement. I received no letters in the post and I have the audio call records to prove that they lied to me.
