My communication with customer service, when necessary is always positive and it genuinely feels non-transactional and understanding of people who may need a personal loan.     Please do NOT use 118 for anything! They are a vile organisation that lies to their customers to trick them out of money. I had... Please do NOT use 118 for anything! They are a vile organisation that lies to their customers to trick them out of money. I had a temporary agreement in place to replay my loan when I was going through financial difficulty. What they didn't tell me was that they expected the full amount at the end of the agreement. I received no letters in the post and I have the audio call records to prove that they lied to me. When I complained they ignored me. I will never use this awful company again for anything. PLEASE choose someone else! Read more Read less
