I asked for a settlement fee for my loan, I pay the ammount asked for, but they said they had to pay me £10 back... I asked for a settlement fee for my loan, I pay the ammount asked for, but they said they had to pay me £10 back first which would take between 2 and 24 hours to receive that was 7 days ago and have contacted them 3 times now and got different stories each time also the app is showing i still owe £7.99 which wont go to zero until I get the £10 back, its now looking like they are going to say i have missed a payment even though ive paid the money they asked for!!!! Difficult to get it card unblocked

If I use the card, I clear it at the end of the month so the comments about high interest dont affect me. Having said... If I use the card, I clear it at the end of the month so the comments about high interest dont affect me. Having said that, ive had the card for a couple of years, never gone over my limit, always paid on time - usually clearing it. Never had a limit increase. Biggest issue with them is the random blocking if the card for a potentially fraudulent transaction. Nonproblem with them being overly careful, but when have to spend 90 minutes on their useless chat service to get it unblocked it becomes a problem. Imagine paying in a restaurant and your card is declined? Theyd be charging you rent before you get it resolved. Read more Read less
