Easy to use app

Happy Customer

I’ve tried to use a different provider to diversify my portfolio but I liked how AJ Bell Dodi dealt with matters and the app set up etc. Everything is so straightforward that I cancelled my portfolio with the other provider and transferred it all here. As a customer I want transactions to be easy and information to be available straightaway. I find AJ Bell Dodi did that and more. I enjoy reading their newsletters and roundups. Overall very good.

Overall very good. App is quite fast and does what it needs to. Minor nitpicks would be that the transactions are a little slow to go through and the UI isn't the slickest. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Great for first time investors.

Great for first time investors. Very simple app to use, each step is explained, and easy to keep track of your investments. There’s a smaller choice of funds and shares to choose from but that’s helpful when you're getting started. I wasn’t sure about joining but now I’ve done it I wish I’d done it sooner.
