The listrening and acting bank

When my father in law died a year ago (Covid) we struggled to make sense of his investments. One phone call to Lloyds Bank and the problems virtually evaporated. They listened then acted to help us sort out the issues remaining from his passing. Thank you so much Lloyds Bank you were there for us when others were definitely not. Thank you.
