Requested an isa transfer from a cash ISA into lloyd...

Requested an isa transfer from a cash ISA into lloyds stocks and shares ISA. After a while nothing had happened and no contact from Lloyds so rang. Told that the transfer request had been sent by Lloyds to sending bank bug they had no response so they had sent reminder. Rang the sending bank who said they hadn't received anything from Lloyds. Lo and behold 4 days later received letter from Lloyds saying they were still waiting for me to return the wet signature transfer form to them even though they had told me they had contacted the sending bank twice. The listrening and acting bank

When my father in law died a year ago (Covid) we struggled to make sense of his investments. One phone call to Lloyds Bank and the problems virtually evaporated. They listened then acted to help us sort out the issues remaining from his passing. Thank you so much Lloyds Bank you were there for us when others were definitely not. Thank you. Good but not great

Overall, I find lloyds to be OK in general but nothing spectacular. They're customer service teams do not go out of their way to understand or help and their products are fairly average. I've found better rates elsewhere and much friendlier staff, and I'm considering switching. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017
