The MyGuava Business account is not even comparable to others I've tried in the market. The amount of features that are packed into the FREE MyGuava business account are amazing. From payment links with super low fees to SWIFT outgoing payment at only £10 per transaction. Great customer support and has truly elevated my international pet sitting business. I own 4 companies, 3 in the UK and 1 in Cyprus. Guavapay have been imperative in helping me open corporate accounts for a number of my businesses making my payments globally more efficient and far more cost effective. I have known my account manager Tom Ranger for a number of years through different business ventures, he is hands on, responsive and always available to answer all things banking. Cheap - for a reason.

Cheap - for a reason. We've used GuavaPay for a couple of months and the overall experience has been incredibly poor. Ltd company account set up with the directors personal details used for addresses, Amex working then stopping without warning with no fix available after weeks of chasing for a resolution. The sign-up process is misleading too. You think you are signing up for just payment processing and Guava will open a bank account in your name. Payments by default will land in this new account. Fees are taken out of your deposits making payment reconciliation a nightmare, and their support team is unable to generate statements so you can work out the mess. Some other small points but things that frustrated me were the fact that every receipt printed from your terminal is plastered with a huge GuavaPay logo, wasting paper and best of all, it cannot be disabled. I would wholeheartedly advise anyone to not sign up to GuavaPay despite their attractive rates. Reviewed on: 29th January 2025

Avoid guava business

There’s no costumer service, no foundation for the project. They deal with the problems as it appears instead preventing it. My business lost 1000s of pounds because of card machines they provided did not accept payments, and very poor quality. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
