Cheap - for a reason. We've used GuavaPay for a couple of months and the overall experience has been incredibly poor. Ltd company account set... Cheap - for a reason. We've used GuavaPay for a couple of months and the overall experience has been incredibly poor. Ltd company account set up with the directors personal details used for addresses, Amex working then stopping without warning with no fix available after weeks of chasing for a resolution. The sign-up process is misleading too. You think you are signing up for just payment processing and Guava will open a bank account in your name. Payments by default will land in this new account. Fees are taken out of your deposits making payment reconciliation a nightmare, and their support team is unable to generate statements so you can work out the mess. Some other small points but things that frustrated me were the fact that every receipt printed from your terminal is plastered with a huge GuavaPay logo, wasting paper and best of all, it cannot be disabled. I would wholeheartedly advise anyone to not sign up to GuavaPay despite their attractive rates. Read more Read less

Awful customer service, block and close your account for not meeting their "risk profile" weeks after being set up. Waste of time don't bother.
