It was Easy to open their easy access savings account.

It was Easy to open their easy access savings account. Their interest rates are some of the best and I appreciate that the interest is paid out daily. I believe all banks should offer this as an option as it is preferable to once a month or once a year. Additionally, their app is easy to use. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Their security can be improved.

Their security can be improved. When logging into the app, it asks for a PIN number and when the user inputs the pin, the numbers are visible rather than being blanked out. I have also enabled the bio security feature but it doesn’t allow me to use it on the app. It would also be nice to achieve the higher interest rate with more than£25k.
