Assetz Capital in wind-down with HUGE lender losses!

As a long term lender via Assetz Capital, I witnessed this platform go down the pan over the years. The interest rates have been slashed. The default rates have gone up. Assetz Capital generally demonstrate a very blase and carefree attitude towards overdue loans. If a borrower does not pay, they let them get away scott free. They will not actively and frequently chase up the loan and take requisite measures. AC will let loans overrun for literally years. Cynically and deviously, they will not write them off because that affects their statistics, so they just let them run and run. The due diligence on loans is substandard and they therefore have many extremely risky projects. For instance, the L.T.V. ratios provided are often highly misleading and AC plus their borrowers calculate these in ways that are not standard to make loans seem much less riskier than they are. Reliable, diversified, and good interest

With 600 loans currently active, investments are well diversified. The "invest-and-forget" "access" accounts offer easy, reliable access, with interest rates so much better than high street banks. And even better interest can be obtained if you are prepared to spend a little time selecting the loans yourself in the "Manual" account. where lots of information is available about each loan, with frequent updates. Secure, easy to do business with and great returns

Great Company to Invest With

I've been investing in their Quick Access and 30 Day Access accounts for a few years and have just started with their 90 day account. I am totally satisfied with the products and the service. Customer Service always answer the phone promptly and the platform always delivers the quoted interest rates every month. Also I've always been able to withdraw my funds, sometimes in quite high amounts, in the time-scale quoted. The website is easy to use but you have to make sure you understand that the same cash can appear under two places [Cash Account and Quick Access Account] at the same time but this is logical when you understand why. I would highly reccommend Assetz Capital if you want to earn 4.1 to 5.75% interest totally hands-free and with no hassle. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Effective investment platform .

Good platform for short term or long term investments, access to investment in the individual loan on offer at a range of interest rates and risk levels. A great return on a lump sum investment
