Pointless Survey

The only time a review is worthwhile is after a claim is made. Then you can gauge how good, bad or indifferent an insurance broker or company actually is. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Ad hoc attitude/pricing to different customers.

Overall, pretty good. The quotes for full timing seem to vary considerably for different customers. After an accident in France, I had to arrange my own repair in that country. This was not what I had expected as part of the cover. To be fair the claim was settled quickly, but, the amount of telephone calls I received afterwards was a pain.
