The worst company I have ever had to deal with

This company is just awful and I mean awful. Firstly, they do not look at your application and affordability correctly they add false figures to the affordability which then means you will get declined, I can only think they do this as they can’t lend to everyone but why do they fraudulently add false figures instead of being honest? Secondly, they are rude, unhelpful and take an age to decide on your application, I’ve known people wait a week and still not had an answer. And lastly they act in a way that goes against the FCA and ICO guidelines in that they don’t look after your data correctly especially falsifying data and not having an appeal process? Every loan company as far as I am aware should have an appeal/complaints process but this company said it don’t when I asked for it to be appealed! Shocking! Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Conduit just excellent company really

Conduit i rate very highly mainly based on there customer service, there extremly very helpfull & very polight & that s very important to me. A big thankyou goes out to matthew this morning, who spent time on the phone with me ..helping me through my contract etc. I think conduit loans ..are proberly the best loan company out there. Beleive me ive had some cowboys & been conned in the past..now ive found a decent company i can trust which is extremly important to me. With a poor credit rating conduit are still "Bound" to try & help people out, like myself. Today was my 2nd loan no fuss no hassle..100% genuine! Reviewed on: 26th June 2023

Scam

They connected to my bank, which I advise not for you to do. Now , No decision on loan and now they msy off scammed me. Really worried now. Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Hassle free personal loan

Initially I was very wary. But the application process, although a a little long winded, was very easy and painless. Have kept up my payments and its proved to be hassle free. Reviewed on: 29th January 2023

Waste of time!

Was told that I was accepted. Went through the whole process and the bank connection. Then got email to say I’m not accepted! Absolutely rubbish & I will never recommend to anyone! Reviewed on: 11th November 2022

Not trustworthy

Signed everything then done a bank connection and said something gone wrong and when I went back on to my page it said call them at least have courtesy to email and give me a decision Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Don't waist you time

They get you to sign all the docs for the loan ask for access to your bank account then turn you down ! Avoid Avoid Avoid Reviewed on: 17th May 2022

Rubbish time waste

Told me loan preapproved and sending papers ti sign, but cant sent email to Gmail acc as they say issue, had to create gmx email, call them give to get email docs going , then have been forced to sign documents which I did as though that's loan agreement, then suddenly links pops out that j have to give them open banking access, never was Informed on this condition before signing papers. I don't even know if its legal for them to force to sign papers then to ask additionally for banks access or anything else ? I don't think ive got the loan then what have I signed ?? Great!

After reading the reviews I had my doubts...you do need to sign the agreement before the decision..so was very wary..but..I got bad credit and I've just received my £500 loan. Thank you so much Reviewed on: 26th August 2021

Disappointing company

They pretty much tell you you can have a loan you sign all the documentation then at the last minute say you can't have it,after having to wait for them to decide if you can have it or not. There whole process is wrong they should tell you when first applying instead of saying you can have it then saying you cant. Stay clear not worth the stress Reviewed on: 8th February 2021
