Review of the Endsleigh, Student Insurance:

contents insurance policies cancelled for loyal customers

I have been a loyal customer with Endsleigh for over 10 years. Have paid all bills on time and have never made a claim. Despite this Endsleigh have decided to no longer renew contents insurance policies for renewing customers. The way in which they informed me was so unprofessional that I genuinely thought it was a scam. When I sent a message querying this on their website they never replied. Had to confirm myself by checking to see if payments had stopped going through. Appalled by how I have been treated. However, I have been able to find better, cheaper insurance else where. In comparison to the new contents policy, Endsleigh have ripped me off for years. Would not recommend them at all. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022

Effortless at a time of stress

I was massively panicked when i spilt water on my laptop as it was coming up to exam time and i was already feeling the weight of the world on my shoulders, luckily i remembered i had insured with Endsleigh and they made my laptop replacement pain free! I was absolutely thrilled! They really saved my skin! I would without a doubt recommend them to friends in the future and will look to them for insurance options after i graduate too! Effective, efficient and good value for money

I have had quite a few questions over the two years with Endsleigh and they have been super helpful and quick with replies. The prices are good particularly compared to other student companies. Worth every penny!

This insurance gives us peace of mind that my daughter's belongings are safe. She has the anywhere product, so even if she leaves her laptop on the bus, she is insured. Worth every penny! Reviewed on: 27th September 2021
