Awful

Awful!! Visited and was told staff was on a break, waited thinking other members of staff would serve me but was rudely told a second time '' I told you we were on a break" no apology and information on when they were going to be serving again just rude customer service. If you do insist on closing for a "CIG" as one staff member said they needed! Then at least lock your store and put a sign up instead of talking to customers like something you've stood on. New store in Wakefield won't last long if your staff have anything to do with it! Went to One World Travel and ended up with a better rate anyway. Reviewed on: 27th June 2019

eurochange are one of the best foreign exchange places, they have great customer service, great rates and most of all, they are always competitive and flexible with the rates too and they have friendly helpful staff . Reviewed on: 30th January 2019

Good rates

We made an initial enquiry and were surprised at the speedy response so decided to give it a go. Really quite pleased with the rates offered despite forgetting to use the special offer. True to the advert the money came as promised, speedy company and the staff member responsible signed the paperwork. Will definitely use again. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019
