Rottingdean Village Fair

This company have always given us a quick response to our needs, and I am particularly pleased with the way they have handled our latest event. Thursday evening of last week we decided our annual village fair to 3 indoor locations instead of our village green because of the forecast bad weather on Saturday 5th August, I contacted the company by email late Thursday evening and they responded with our needs met the following morning about an hour after opening up for business,a first rate service. Insurance made easy, what a relief

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Event Insurance. I was confused about some elements to do with cancellation cover and what I was actually covered for if my event couldn't go ahead due to bad weather. The person I spoke to was so helpful, took the time to really explain the detail of the cover - it wasn't scripted, they were very genuinely trying to help me rather than sell to me. Easy to use and stress free

I'm impressed by the variety of insurance options available for every kind of event, and the straightforward quote process was user-friendly, making the whole process pain free. I also appreciate the simplicity of the pricing tables, and found the plans are reasonably priced while still providing more than adequate protection.
