Excellent, sensitive service

I needed to access funds to have a downstairs toilet /cloakroom built as my husband suffers badly with arthritis of the knees and cannot manage the stairs. The staff at Doncaster were sympathetic, understanding and totally efficient in my appointment. I left their office, loan arranged a very different person. I felt a huge burden was lifted from my shoulders. I returned to them 9 months later for a further advance which enabled my husband and I celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary with family and friends.
