I wanted to compare the price of annual insurance with single trip and the only option was to put in all of my information again... I wanted to compare the price of annual insurance with single trip and the only option was to put in all of my information again including the medical screening. This was so annoying and a waste of time. Aviva have the option to change between the two, just changing dates. It was super quick to compare. Fortunately you were significantly cheaper so I chose you despite the poor experience. Read more Read less

    Changed my auto-renewal preference without permission

    I would have rated them as 5 Stars, but they ignored my settings for auto-renewal which I set to 'No' during the renewal process. I... I would have rated them as 5 Stars, but they ignored my settings for auto-renewal which I set to 'No' during the renewal process. I got confirmation that I'd selected to not renew automatically. A day later, I got another email saying my policy was set to auto-renew - and when I went in to check, my selection had been set back to auto-renewal,and I had to change it AGAIN to not auto-renew. They should NOT change my preferences without my permission, so I'm very wary of Holiday Extras' tactics now. Read more Read less
