The customer service team is proficient in Chinese, which makes communication extremely convenient. They respond promptly to any inquiries I have, and their in - depth understanding of the needs of Chinese customers ensures that all my issues are resolved efficiently. Multi-currency availability is honestly such convenience, especially when traveling to different countries, or purchasing products online from different countries.
