The handling of my mortgage case involved significant delays, 14 months and still no outcome. A surveyor and a solicitor conveyed their own choice, and the valuation delivered an incorrect outcome, timing causing my financial losses, poor communication, and a lack of clarity at key stages. This created avoidable stress and made an already important process far harder than it needed to be. I expected much better transparency, urgency, and customer care. Read more Read less
