Avoid at All Costs

I have an ISA with them. Their site does not allow you to log in. They do not answer their telephone, and they give you an option for them to ring you back. They do not ring you back! I am now getting extremely concerned about my investment. BE WARNED!

I have become totally disillusioned by this outfit. The much-vaunted Javelin system is not fit for purpose and problems are never sorted out. The whole outfit has almost come to a standstill. Avoid.. and try to get your funds out! I can't even sell my holdings and 'customer services' are no help....

Flashy website, but not enough loans

Money&Co certainly have one of the better looking websites within the P2P sector. Where they are lacking is a regular number of loans to invest in.
