We invested £40K in an ISA through a financial advisor in 2019. We received two payments of £700 in interest which we used to top our mums care home fees, then it stopped. We later found out they had invested the money in a risky property deal in Germany. 7 years later we are still trying to get it back Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Is Money&Co now scamming its lenders?

1
I am now not getting any response from this company and am getting increasingly concerned that I will not see any of the nearly £60k I have with them. There is no way to contact them other than by email, to which they do not reply any more. Can I tell the Finacial ombudsman about them. If anybody else wishes to contact me please write to me- [email protected] Reviewed on: 12th June 2024

Broken promises

I invested in an ISA and because it was through an introducer who said it was safe, I was given the impression that the IFISA was protected by the financial conduct authority. My interest stopped after the second payment and since then i have had loads of updates promising that the properties would be sold to pay the investment and interest owed but, to date nothing. This has been going on since 2019. Arthur Reviewed on: 19th August 2021

Avoid at All Costs

I have an ISA with them. Their site does not allow you to log in. They do not answer their telephone, and they give you an option for them to ring you back. They do not ring you back! I am now getting extremely concerned about my investment. BE WARNED! Reviewed on: 31st December 2019

Problems are building up...

1
I have become totally disillusioned by this outfit. The much-vaunted Javelin system is not fit for purpose and problems are never sorted out. The whole outfit has almost come to a standstill. Avoid.. and try to get your funds out! I can't even sell my holdings and 'customer services' are no help.... Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

Flashy website, but not enough loans

3
Money&Co certainly have one of the better looking websites within the P2P sector. Where they are lacking is a regular number of loans to invest in. Reviewed on: 7th June 2016
