Great customer service!

For any urgent enquiries the dedicated Account Manager is an absolute god send for our business. Even if she can't answer straight away, we know we can hand over to her and it will be dealt with, without us having to chase. When my Office Manager called customer service, the advisor on the other end of the line actually knew about conversations she'd had with someone on the live chat straight away, no long waits or being passed from place to place. We swapped from another Fintech bank who closed our account without notice because a director hadn't responded to an email and we couldn't even speak to anyone about it on the day. Allica Bank move.

We moved our business banking to Allica two months ago. the transition was seamless with no issues at all. Contacting the bank is a really good experience dealing with actual people. Notifications from the bank are immediate thus allowing the management of our account to be in real time. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026

Banking with Allica for Quality Service & Zero Charges

The switching process was flawless - the area manager was always in contact making sure everything was alright . The process was literally straight forward with Allica switching our direct debits over - and now we are getting paid interest on our surplus which we transfer over to our savings pot - it’s been absolutely amazing I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of switching business bank accounts .
